--Products with quality problems, if notified in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.

--Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
3. Repair
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 6 months (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
--We will all the necessary pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
4. Items that cannot be returned:
1. Personalized and dyed items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
2. Outlet items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges.
3. You have kept the products 3 days or longer after the package was delivered.
4. Products have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
5. Products tailored based on the wrong details provided by yourself (including but not limited to Size, Color and etc)
6. Wrong expectation of the products (including but not limited to, customers just dont like the style, color when they receive the products, but product itself is in good condition)
Customers should always pay the shipping fee to send the package back and we will only refund the product expense via Paypal after we receive the products returned.
